异步轧制速比对低硅无取向硅钢冷轧织构的影响 被引量:1

摘要 选取低硅无取向硅钢常化态板材,分别在不同速比下进行异步轧制,考察了速比对低硅无取向硅钢冷轧织构的影响。结果表明:异步冷轧织构主要是由α织构、γ织构及反高斯织构等织构组分组成,快辊侧和慢辊侧的主要织构组分没有什么差别;但进一步的定量分析计算可以看出,慢辊侧α织构的取向密度明显高于快辊侧,γ织构的取向密度差别不大;在试验所选的各速比中,低速比下的织构强度高于高速比下的织构强度。 In order to further improve the efficiency of electronics,the ferromagnetic loss needs to be lowered down.The effect of speed ratio on the texture of non-oriented cold rolled low silicon steel sheet was investigated after cross shear rolling at different speed ratios.The experimental results show that the main textures are made of α-texture,γ-texture and anti-Goss texture.The main texture components have no variation along the fast or slow speed roller side.However,the further quantitative calculation analy...
