摘要
目的:通过CiteSpace软件挖掘中医药治疗肝纤维化的相关文献及其研究热点,为进一步了解中医药治疗肝纤维化的研究历史、现状及发展趋势提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)中医治疗肝纤维化的相关文献,采用CiteSpace软件以可视化分析法对发文量、作者、研究机构和关键词绘制相关知识图谱。结果:共纳入1115篇文献,发文量大体呈波动式增长。相关研究的核心作者还未出现,但形成了几个比较稳定的研究团队;机构合作主要是集中于机构内部。纳入关键词230个,关键词聚类显示形成12个聚类标签,聚类显示相关研究主要包括中医药治疗肝纤维化临床疗效的观察、肝纤维化与慢性乙型肝炎或肝硬化的进展关系,复方治疗肝纤维化的方药分析、生物学机制及中西医结合治疗肝纤维化等方向。结论:利用知识图谱能够更为直观地演示中医治疗肝纤维化领域的研究现状和热点方向,有利于发挥中医药的独特优势。
Objective:To mine the relevant literature on TCM for liver fibrosis and its research hotspots by CiteSpace software,so as to provide a reference for researchers to further understand the research history,current situation,and development trend of TCM for liver fibrosis.Methods:The literature related to the treatment of liver fibrosis in Chinese medicine was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and CiteSpace software was used to create a knowledge map of the number of articles,authors,research institutions and keywords by visual analysis.Results:A total of 1115 articles was included,with a fluctuating increase in the number of articles.The core authors of the relevant studies have not yet emerged,but several relatively stable research teams have been formed;institutional collaboration is mainly concentrated within institutions.A total of 230 keywords were included,and keyword clustering showed the formation of 12 clustering tags.The clustering showed that the relevant studies mainly included the observation of the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of liver fibrosis,the relationship between liver fibrosis and the progression of chronic hepatitis B or cirrhosis,the analysis of prescriptions and medicines for the compound treatment of liver fibrosis,and the biological mechanism and the direction of combining Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of liver fibrosis,etc.Conclusion:Through visualization and analysis,we found that the use of knowledge mapping can demonstrate more intuitively the current research status and hot directions in the field of TCM for liver fibrosis,which is conducive to the unique advantages of TCM and provides directions and ideas for research in this field.
