摘要
目的:探究临床治愈与好转患者发生医疗纠纷的原因,提出加强医疗质量管理的建议。方法:选取某医院156例临床治愈与好转患者的医疗纠纷,分析其中的原因。结果:156例临床治愈与好转患者的医疗纠纷中,源自医方原因(“核对清查不足”“技术操作误伤”“诊疗判断不足”)97例,占62.18%;源自患者自身原因(“疗效未达预期”“医闹”)38例,占24.36%;源自医患双方“医患沟通不足”和“医闹”各占10.2%。结论:提升医务人员技术水平,减少技术操作失误;加强医疗质量安全管理,减少核对清查纰漏;提高医务人员业务素质,减少诊疗判断失误;加强医患沟通技能培训,减少沟通不足纠纷;深化医保支付和医疗服务价格改革,减轻患者费用负担。
Objective To investigate the causes of medical disputes among patients with clinical conditions cured and improved and to put forward suggestions for strengthening medical quality management.Methods We adopted 156 medical dispute cases between patients with clinical conditions cured and improved.Results Among the 156 cases of medical disputes,97 cases(62.18%)were caused by medical service suppliers,such as insufficient checking,technical misconduct,and inadequate diagnosis.And 38 cases(24.36%)were caused by patients themselves,including unmet medical expectations and medical disturbance.In addition,the lack of communication between doctors and patients and medical disturbance accounted for 10.2%respectively.Conclusion It is recommended to improve the technical skill of medical personnel to reduce technical operation errors,strengthen medical quality and safety management to reduce checking and inspection errors,improve the business quality of medical personnel to reduce diagnosis and treatment errors,strengthen the training of doctor-patient communication skills to reduce communication disputes,and deepen the reform of medical insurance payment and medical service prices to reduce patients'cost burden.
