摘要
目的探索实践三级综合医院第三方见证医患谈话的机制,预防医疗纠纷的发生,减少医患矛盾。方法对某院2022年38例第三方见证医患谈话进行回顾性分析,评价患者治疗结束后发生医疗纠纷的情况,同时选取2021年同期案例及运行数据进行对比分析。结果在38个案例中,最终患者同意治疗方案33例,充分知情后放弃继续治疗5例。患者治疗结束(出院)后,发生投诉及纠纷均为0例。与2021年同期数据对比,显示投诉及运行指标均有改善。结论第三方见证医患谈话机制,协助医患双方充分知情同意,明确责任与风险,有效预防医疗投诉与纠纷的发生,同时加快患者分流,打消医务人员顾虑及提升沟通技巧,最终优化健康服务,助力健康中国建设。
Objective Explore and practice the mechanism of the third party witness the doctor-patient conversation in the tertiary general hospital to prevent the occurrence of medical disputes to reduce doctor-patient conflicts.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 38 cases of doctor-patient conversation witnessed by the third party in our hospital in 2022,and the medical disputes after treatment were analyzed.At the same time,the cases and operation data of the same period in 2021 are selected for comparative analysis.Results Among the 38 cases,33 patients finally agreed to the treatment plan,and 5 patients gave up the treatment after being fully informed.After the end of treatment(discharge),there were no complaints and disputes.It shows that the complaints and operation indicators have improved compared with 2021.Conclusion The third party witnesses the doctor-patient conversation mechanism,assisting both doctors and patients to give full informed consent,clarifying responsibilities and risks,effectively preventing the occurrence of medical complaints and disputes,and at the same time speeding up patient triage,dispelling concerns of medical staff and improving communication skills,ultimately optimizing health services and helping Healthy China Construction.
