摘要
[目的]基于文献计量学及科学知识图谱方法,对2000至2021年中医药诊治强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)的发展趋势、研究热点进行分析,为后续研究提供依据及可行性建议。[方法]检索中国知网、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库中2000年1月至2021年12月发表的中医药诊治AS的文献,应用VOSviewer与CiteSpace软件,采用合作网络、关键词共现、关键词聚类等方法,对文献的发文年代分布、作者、关键词进行可视化分析。[结果]共纳入2730篇相关文献,自2000年起,该领域发文量总体呈增长势态;核心作者116位,形成了以阎小萍、刘健、冯兴华等为代表的研究团队;主要机构有天津中医药大学、北京中日友好医院、河南中医药大学等。关键词分析显示,研究主要集中于针灸等不同中医外治法治疗AS临床疗效观察,对相关机制的深入研究较为少见。[结论]中医药诊治AS研究较为热门,临床治疗方法种类多样,但样本量较少且缺乏高质量的前瞻性、多中心临床随机对照试验,整体影响力不足,需加强多机构、多中心的协作交流,强化大规模临床研究,促进科研成果的转化与应用。
[Objective]To analyze the development trend and research hotspots of the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in ankylosing spondylitis(AS)from 2000 to 2021 based on bibliometric and scientific knowledge graph methods,so as to provide a basis and feasibility suggestions for follow-up research.[Methods]The AS literature published by China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP database and Wanfang Database from January 2000 to December 2021 was retrieved,and VOSviewer and CiteSpace software were used to visually analyze the distribution of publication years,authors and keywords of the literature through cooperative network,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering and other methods.[Results]A total of 2730 relevant literatures are included,and since 2000,the overall number of articles published in this field has shown an overall growth trend;116 core authors have formed a research team represented by YAN Xiaoping,LIU Jian,FENG Xinghua,etc.;the main institutions are Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing China-Japan Friendship Hospital,He’nan University of Chinese Medicine,etc.Keyword analysis shows that the research mainly focuses on the observation of clinical efficacy of different TCM external treatment methods such as acupuncture,and rarely in-depth study of related mechanisms.[Conclusion]The research on the diagnosis and treatment of AS in TCM is relatively popular,and the types of clinical treatment methods are diverse,but the sample size is small,and high-quality prospective,multi-center clinical randomized controlled trials is insufficient,and the overall influence is insufficient,so it is necessary to strengthen multi-institutional and multi-center collaboration and exchange,strengthen large-scale clinical research,and promote the transformation and application of scientific research results.
