摘要
目的:探索中医药治疗强直性脊柱炎领域的发展概况、研究热点及趋势。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)自建库至2021年9月30日收录的中医药治疗强直性脊柱炎的相关文献,运用CiteSpace可视化软件,对文献的作者、机构、关键词进行知识图谱分析。结果:共检索出有效文献2326篇,作者723人,冯兴华等43人被引频次≥10;研究机构492所,中日友好医院等36所机构被引频次≥10;纳入关键词676个,频次≥30的关键词27个,中介中心性≥0.1的关键词20个,“督灸”“肾虚督寒型”等19个关键词出现爆发点。结论:中医药治疗强直性脊柱炎研究处于快速发展阶段,作者及机构的合作网络在局部范围内形成,但是合作的广度及深度仍有待加强。综合分析关键词发现,研究的焦点主要集中在发病机理、治疗思路以及疗效机制上,研究趋向于中医药理论指导下的细胞分子学探讨。
Objective:To explore the development,research hotspots and trends in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:The relevant articles on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with TCM included in CNKI from the establishment of the database to September 30,2021 were retrieved,and the authors,institutions,and Keywords of the articles were analyzed with CiteSpace.Results:A total of 2326 valid articles were retrieved,including 723 authors.Articles of FENG Xing-hua and other 43 people were cited more than 10 times;there were 492 research institutions,and 36 institutions including China Japan Friendship Hospital were cited more than 10 times;676 Keywords were included,among which 27 Keywords appeared more than 30 times,20 Keywords with intermediary centrality more than 0.1,and 19 Keywords such as“Du moxibustion”and“kidney deficiency and Du cold type”suddenly increased.Conclusion:The research on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with TCM is in a rapid development stage,and the cooperation network of authors and institutions has been formed in a local scope,but its breadth and depth till need to be strengthened.The comprehensive analysis of the Keywords shows that the focus of the research is mainly on the pathogenesis,treatment ideas and therapeutic mechanism,and the research tends to explore the cytomolecular under the guidance of TCM theories.
