摘要
目的 探讨慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者采用自拟清利化瘀汤治疗对临床疗效、肾功能及尿微量白蛋白与肌酐比值(ACR)的影响。方法 选取2017年1月-2019年12月上海市静安区彭浦新村街道社区卫生服务中心收治的慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者共计61例,根据随机数字表法分成观察组(31例)与对照组(30例),对照组采用氯沙坦钾片治疗,观察组采用自拟清利化瘀汤治疗,治疗2个月后,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、肾功能、ACR。结果 治疗后观察组治疗总有效率(93.55%)高于对照组(73.33%,P<0.05);两组主症、次症评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血尿素氮、血肌酐均降低(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组ACR指标均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 清利化瘀汤应用于慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者的治疗可提高临床疗效,改善肾功能,降低ACR。
Objective To investigate the effects of Self-Formulated Qingli Huayu Decoction on clinical efficacy, renal function and urinary microalbumin to creatinine ratio(ACR) in chronic nephritis patients with proteinuria. Methods A total of 61 chronic nephritis patients with proteinuria treated in Pengpu Xincun Street Community Health Service Center from January 2017 to December 2019 were divided into observation group(31 cases) and control group(30 cases) by random number table. The control group was treated with losartan potassium tablets and the observation group was treated with Qingli Huayu Decoction. After two months of treatment, the clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom score, renal function and ACR of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.55%) was higher than that(73.33%) of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of major and minor symptoms, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and ACR in the two groups decreased(all P<0.05), and the observation group had more reduction than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Qingli Huayu Decoction could enahnce clinical efficacy, improve renal function and reduce ACR in the treatment of chronic nephritis patients with proteinuria.
