摘要
目的:探讨加味补肾利湿汤在辅助治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年5月笔者所在医院收治的84例慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用西药盐酸贝那普利治疗,观察组采用加味补肾利湿汤辅助治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及肾功能改善情况。结果:治疗后,对照组患者临床治疗总有效率为69.05%,明显低于观察组的95.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者24 h尿蛋白、血清肌酐及尿素氮水平均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者采用加味补肾利湿汤辅助治疗,能够提高治疗效果,改善患者肾功能指标,临床应用及推广价值极高。
Objective:To explore the application effect of Modiffied Tonifying-kidney and Eliminating-dampness Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria.Method:A total of 84 patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to May2019 were selected as the subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine Hydrochloride Benazepril.The observation group was treated with Modiffied Tonifying-kidney and Eliminating-dampness Decoction.The clinical therapeutic effect and improvement of renal function of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 69.05%,which was significantly lower than 95.24%of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,24 h urinary protein,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria with Modiffied Tonifying-kidney and Eliminating-dampness Decoction can improve the therapeutic effect,and improve the renal function index of patients.The clinical application and promotion value is extremely high.
