摘要
为降低仔猪断奶应激,提高饲料适口性,设计了一款仔猪智能饲喂器,由下料下水装置、破拱装置、下水下料触碰及料位感应装置、监控装置等部分组成。设备操作简单,自动按比例下料下水,还可以感应料槽料量,避免料槽饲料过多导致浪费。破拱试验结果表明,破拱装置可以破坏粉状饲料结拱,饲料能够流畅地落入料槽,保证猪只稳定采食。下料和下水稳定性试验表明,饲喂器下料和下水稳定,下料和下水变异系数分别为3.7%和1.6%,表明饲喂器可以较好地控制每次的下料和下水量。该研究为仔猪智能饲喂器的研发提供了参考。
In order to reduce the weaning stress of piglets and improve the palatability of feed, an intelligent piglet feeder was designed,which has been composed of feed delivery device,water supply device, arch breaker,touch switch and feed level monitoring sensor,monitoring device, etc. The equipment is simple to operate. It can automatically discharge feed and water in proportion, and sense the amount of feed in the trough to avoid excessive waste. The results of arch breaking test showed that the arch breaker could destroy the arching of powdered feed, and the feed could fall into the trough smoothly, so as to ensure the stable feeding of pigs;The feed and water discharging stability test showed that the feeding and water supplying of the feeder were stable,and the coefficient of variation of feeding and water supplying were 3.7% and 1.6%,respectively,which showed that the feeder could well control the feed and water volume each time. This study provides a reference for the research and development of piglet intelligent feeder.
