摘要
为了解决现代规模化生猪养殖场智能饲喂过程中阀门对水溶液饲料下料控制效果不佳、饲料浪费严重、制造成本高等问题,笔者研制了一种由电磁阀、阀体、阀盖和隔膜垫等组成的适用于智能饲喂的新型隔膜阀,并进行了隔膜阀与不锈钢球阀的下料精度(用相对误差表示)和稳定性(用变异系数表示)对比试验和饲料输送压力对隔膜阀下料精度和稳定性的影响试验。结果表明:隔膜阀的下料平均相对误差为2.6%,平均变异系数为0.6%,均优于不锈钢球阀(平均相对误差为3.6%和平均变异系数为1.3%);隔膜阀下料相对误差为1.5%~7.8%,随流体压力增大而增大,但不同流体压力条件下的变异系数均小于5.0%;成本(约120元/件)约为不锈钢球阀(约400元/件)的1/3,在满足规模化生猪养殖场智能饲喂要求的同时,节约了生产成本,提高了经济效益;试验过程中无管道粘料及弯管堵料现象,各部件均工作正常,系统运行稳定可靠。说明该隔膜阀可用于现代规模化生猪养殖场的智能饲喂。
In order to solve the problems in the intelligent feeding process of modern large⁃scale pig farms,such as the poor control effect of the valve on the feeding of aqueous solution feed,serious feed waste,and high manufacturing cost,a new diaphragm valve composed of solenoid valve,valve body,valve cover and diaphragm pad,which could be suitable for intelligent feeding,was developed and the comparison test of feeding accuracy(expressed by relative error)and stability(expressed by coefficient of variation)between diaphragm valve and stainless steel ball valve was carried out,and the influence of feed delivery pressure on feeding accuracy and stability of diaphragm valve was conducted.The results showed that the average relative error of diaphragm valve feeding was 2.6%,and the average coefficient of variation was 0.6%,which were better than the stainless steel ball valve(average relative error was 3.6%and average coefficient of variation was 1.3%).The relative error of diaphragm valve feeding was 1.5%-7.8%,which increased with the increase of fluid pressure,but the coefficient of variation under different fluid pressure conditions was less than 5.0%;and the cost(about 120 yuan/piece)was about 1/3 of the stainless steel ball valve(about 400 yuan/piece),which saved a lot of money and improved economic efficiency while meeting the intelligent feeding requirements of large⁃scale pig farms;during the test process.There was no phenomenon of sticky material in the pipe and pipe blockage,all components were working normally,and the system was stable and reliable.The results indicated that the diaphragm valve could be used for intelligent feeding of modern large⁃scale pig breeding.
