摘要
[目的/意义]探索国外情报界对结构化分析技术实际效用所做的研究,利用国外研究成果助力结构化分析技术在我国情报分析领域的应用,以期更好地将其赋能于我国情报分析工作。[方法/过程]通过对国外相关研究与文献进行系统梳理,明确结构化分析技术的重要性。研究结构化分析技术实际效用的相关问题,探讨影响其实际效用的因素,相应地提出确保结构化分析技术在我国情报分析领域有效实施的策略。[结果/结论]提出应当加速我国对结构化分析技术的研究,借鉴国外经验,通过注重结构化分析技术的使用条件、混合使用、应用培训、纳入硕士研究生课程体系、吸纳不同专业背景的分析人员、与大数据技术相结合来提升我国情报工作者的分析能力。
[Purpose/significance]The paper explores the research on the practical utility of structured analysis technology in foreign intelligence circles and makes use of the foreign research results to help the application of structured analysis technology in the field of information analysis in China,to better empower it in the information analysis work in China.[Method/process]The importance of structured analysis technology is clarified through a systematic review of relevant foreign research and literature.This paper studies some problems related to the practical effectiveness of structured analysis technology,discusses the factors affecting its practical effectiveness and puts forward some strategies to ensure the effective implementation of structured analysis technology in the field of information analysis in China.[Result/conclusion]It is proposed that China should accelerate the research on structured analysis technology,learn from foreign experience,and improve the analysis ability of China’s information workers by focusing on the use conditions,mixed use,application training,including structured analysis technology into the postgraduate curriculum system,absorbing analysts from different professional backgrounds,and combining with big data technology to improve our intelligence personnel analysis ability.
