玻璃纤维提升聚乙烯复合性能的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 金属管道内聚乙烯内衬管是解决石油输运腐蚀的重要措施,但聚乙烯在高温条件下强度下降明显,无法满足管道传输高温油料的需求。为了提高聚乙烯材料的应用性能,利用马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯作为相容剂,将聚乙烯和短切玻璃纤维进行共混,得到玻璃纤维改性聚乙烯复合材料,并对不同的玻璃纤维改性聚乙烯复合材料的溶胀情况、力学性能和耐温性进行测试,结果表明玻璃纤维质量分数为15%、相容剂质量分数为5%时,玻璃纤维改性聚乙烯复合材料的维卡软化点变化非常小,而拉伸强度比原来提高了96.5%。 Using polyethylene liner pipe is an important measure to solve the internal corrosion of oil transportation metal pipelines,but the strength of polyethylene decreases obviously under high temperature conditions,which cannot meet the demand of pipeline transportation of high-temperature oil.In order to improve the application properties of polyethylene materials,maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene was used as compatibilizer to blend polyethylene and chopped glass fiber to obtain modified polyethylene composites.The swelling,mechanical properties and temperature resistance of different modified polyethylene composites were tested.Results showed that when the content of glass fiber was 15%and the content of compatibilizer was 5%,the change of Vicat softening point of modified polyethylene composites was very small,and the tensile strength was 96.5%higher than that of the original.
