摘要
通过对比拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及耐疲劳性能,研究了不同的螺杆组合方式对玻璃纤维(GF)增强PP、PA6、PA66、PC以及ABS材料性能的影响。根据塑料的种类,设计出几款适合GF增强复合材料的螺杆组合。结果表明:不同材料搭配适当的螺杆组合方式可达到较为理想的机械性能,4#螺杆组合适合PA66和ABS材料的挤出注塑,6#、3#、2#螺杆分别适合PP、PA6、PC材料的挤出注塑。
In this paper,the effects of screw combination on the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced PP,PA6,PA66,PC and ABS composites were studied by comparing the tensile strength,flexural strength and fatigue resistance of the materials.According to the types of plastics,several screw combinations suitable for glass fiber reinforced composite materials were designed.The results have shown that different materials coupled with appropriate screw combination can achieve ideal mechanical properties.4#screw combination is suitable for the extrusion and injection molding of PA66 and ABS materials,and 6#,3#and 2#screw combinations are suitable for the extrusion and injection molding of PP,PA6 and PC materials respectively.
