摘要
为探明^(60)Co-γ射线辐射对金花菜(Medicago polymorpha L.)种子的生物学影响,本研究以金花菜干种子为材料,设置不同剂量(0、400、600、800、1000、1200 Gy)辐射处理,测定了发芽率、植株存活率、幼苗株高、分枝数、开花数量、荚果数量等指标,利用直线回归方程计算金花菜干种子的半致死剂量(LD_(50))。结果表明,辐射剂量为400 Gy可显著提高金花菜种子的发芽率,发芽率随着辐射剂量的增加(400~1200 Gy)逐渐降低;辐射剂量与成活率、幼苗株高、分枝数呈显著负相关;低剂量(≤600 Gy)可促进金花菜的种子萌发、生长和结实,高剂量(>600 Gy)则抑制金花菜的生长和结实;金花菜干种子辐射的LD_(50)为580 Gy。本研究结果为金花菜诱变育种提供了理论参考。
In order to explore biological effects of ^(60)Co-γ ray radiation on Medicago polymorpha seeds,in this study,dried seeds of Medicago polymorpha were treated with different doses(0,400,600,800,1000 and 1200 Gy).The germination rate,plant survival rate,seedling height,number of branches,number of flowers and number of pods were measured,and the semi-lethal dose(LD_(50))of dried seeds was calculated by linear regression equation.The results showed that radiation dose of 400 Gy could significantly increase the germination rate of Medicago polymorpha seeds,while with the increase of radiation dose(400~1200 Gy),the germination rate decreased.The radiation dose was significantly negatively correlated with survival rate,seedling plant height and number of branches;Low dose(≤600 Gy)could promote seed germination,plant growth and pods yield of bur clover,while high dose(>600 Gy)inhibited growth and fruiting of Medicago polymorpha seeds;and the semi-lethal dose of radiation to dried seeds of Medicago polymorpha was 580 Gy.This research provides a reference for mutation breeding of Medicago polymorpha.
