摘要
目的:分析青年患者髁突吸收的病因及需要采取的临床指导方法。方法:选取2020年3月~2021年12月我院颞下颌关节科门诊就诊患者和关节健康志愿者476例,髁突吸收患者125例、关节移位患者208例和关节正常患者143例。采用问卷调查和CT数据分析的方式,统计分析青年患者髁突吸收的病因。结果:与正常组比较,青年髁突吸收组病史调查及生活习惯因素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);髁突吸收组Zung焦虑自评表(SAS)评分,以及其他关节区的疼痛因素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。髁突吸收组患者学生发病率最高。髁突吸收组髁突骨质改变明显,髁突内外径、前后径以及骨密度改变具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:青年患者髁突吸收的病因系多因素诱导,主要与不良生活习惯、精神压力、疾病部分症状、饮食习惯等有关。
Objective:To analyze the etiology of condylar resorption and the clinical guidance methods needed for young patients.Methods:From March 2020 to December 2021,476 patients and joint health volunteers were randomly selected and divided into three groups,including 125 patients with condylar resorption,208 patients with joint displacement and 143 patients with normal joints.By using questionnaires and CT data to analyze the etiology of condylar resorption in young patients.Results:Compared with the normal joint group,there were statistically significant differences in medical history investigation and lifestyle factors,the score of Zung self-assessment anxiety scale(SAS)and pain in other joint areas in the condylar resorption group(P<0.05).Among the occupational categories,students in the condylar resorption group had the highest incidence.Analysis of CT data showed that patients in the condylar resorption group had significant bone quality changes,and the differences in the factors of condylar internal and external diameter,anterior and posterior diameter and bone density were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The etiology of condylar resorption in young patients is multifactorial,mainly related to poor living habits,mental stress,some symptoms of diseases and dietary habits,et al.
