随着环保要求的日益严格,燃煤电厂普遍安装了脱硫系统,以减少二氧化硫的排放。然而,脱硫系统设备在运行过程中面临着严重的腐蚀问题,不仅影响设备的正常运行和使用寿命,还可能导致安全隐患和环境污染。通过深入分析燃煤电厂脱硫系统设备腐蚀原因,探讨多种有效的腐蚀防护工艺,并结合实际案例进行相关说明,旨在为提高脱硫系统设备的可靠性和稳定性提供参考。
With the increasingly strict environmental requirements,coal-fired power plants have generally installed desulfurization systems to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions.However,desulfurization system equipment faces serious corrosion problems during operation,which not only affects the normal operation and service life of the equipment,but also may lead to safety hazards and environmental pollution.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the corrosion causes of desulfurization system equipment in coal-fired power plants,explores various effective corrosion protection processes,and combines practical cases to explain,aiming to provide reference for improving the reliability and stability of desulfurization system equipment.
