草酸二甲酯加氢制乙醇酸甲酯工艺条件优化 被引量:1

Optimization of Process Conditions for Hydrogenation of Dimethyl Oxalate to Methyl Glycolate

摘要 基于单管固定加氢装置,探究草酸二甲酯(Dimethyl oxalate,DMO)加氢制乙醇酸甲酯(HOCH_(2)COOCH_(3),MG)工艺中各因素对DMO转化率、MG选择性的影响,包括分析反应温度、压力影响、氢酯物质的量比影响、液时空速影响等。同时利用经济敏感性分析、条件优化设计分析得出草酸二甲酯加氢制乙醇酸甲酯工艺最优的实验条件,即反应温度=186℃、反应压力=2.0 MPa、氢酯物质的量比=20、液时空速=0.5 h^(-1)。基于本文提出的工艺条件,DMO转化率=99.30%、MG选择性=83.00%。 Based on a single tube fixed hydrogenation unit,the influences of various factors during the hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate(DMO)to methyl ethanolate(MG)on DMO conversion rate and MG selectivity were investigated,including the reaction temperature,reaction pressure,molar ratio of hydrogen to ester and liquid time space velocity.At the same time,through economic sensitivity analysis and condition optimization design analysis,the optimal experimental conditions for hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate to methyl glycolate were obtained as follows,reaction temperature 186℃,reaction pressure 2.0 MPa,molar ratio of hydrogen to ester 20,space velocity 0.5 h^(-1).Based on the proposed process conditions,DMO conversion rate reached 99.30%,MG selectivity reached 83.00%.
