Principles and Key Technologies of Digital Design of Mechanical Products Based on Knowledge Engineering

摘要 随着机械制造行业的快速发展,其市场竞争也日趋激烈,如何提高机械产品的创新性与高效性成为目前机械设计的关键问题。在目前机械设计过程中,机械产品智能化设计过程主要是以设计型专家系统的形式,存在数值计算集成以及对各个领域知识的集成等问题,机械设计过程的规模性和复杂性受到一定的限制。针对以上问题,提出了基于知识的工程(Knowledge Based Engineering,KBE),是现代机械设计的核心与关键,属于一种新型智能化设计方法与决策自动化技术,是目前促进机械设计智能化、创新性和高效性的重要途径。基于KBE技术的基本概念与工作原理及KBE技术体系结构,系统论述了KBE在实际应用过程中的关键技术与相关使用方法。 With the rapid development of the machinery manufacturing industry,its market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,how to improve the innovation and efficiency of mechanical products has become a key issue in the current mechanical design.In the current mechanical design process,the intelligent design process of mechanical products is mainly in the form of design-based expert systems,and there are problems such as the integration of numerical computation and the integration of knowledge in various fields,and the scale and complexity of the mechanical design process receives certain restrictions.In response to these problems,Knowledge Based Engineering(KBE)is proposed as the core and key of modern mechanical design,a new intelligent design method and decision automation technology,which is an important way to promote intelligent,innovative and efficient mechanical design.Based on the basic concepts and working principles of KBE technology,this study systematically discusses the key technologies and related usage methods of KBE in the practical application process based on the KBE technology architecture.
