摘要
悬挂钢结构体系传力路径明确,便于开发城市上层空间,且悬挂部分可灵活布置,可广泛应用于空间结构、超高层结构和桥梁结构等体系中。基于嘉兴万科邻里中心项目屋盖悬挂钢结构体系,对施工方案进行分析,并采用MIDAS Gen有限元软件施工阶段分析功能生死单元法对施工过程进行模拟分析,得到不同施工阶段屋盖悬挂钢结构变形及应力。研究结果表明,采用分区、对称的施工方案对屋盖悬挂钢结构变形和应力的影响较小,满足施工要求。
The core-tube suspension steel structure has a clear load transmission path, convenient utilization of urban upper space and flexible layout of suspension part. Therefore, it is widely used in spatial structures, high-rise structures and bridge structures. Based on the core-tube suspension steel structure of Jiaxing Vanke neighborhood center project, its construction scheme was introduced. Moreover, the construction process was simulated by the life and death element method of the construction stage analysis function of MIDAS Gen. The vertical deformation and stress distribution of the suspension steel structure at construction stages were obtained. The research results show that the construction scheme of the block and symmetry has little effect on the structural deformation and component stress, which satisfied construction requirements.
