大跨度单坡倾斜屋面焊接球网架施工关键技术 被引量:1

摘要 以大跨度、单坡倾斜的焊接球网架屋面为例,结合工程实际情况和结构特点,经过专题讨论研究,选择搭设高空拼装平台进行高空散装和逐条累积滑移的施工方案。充分利用现有主体结构作为拼装平台的一部分并结合临时钢柱和钢梁搭设的拼装平台上,在拼装平台上进行焊接球网架的拼装,采用逐条累积滑移控制技术,结合每个滑移阶段的模拟计算分析,滑轨体系利用现有的主体结构的柱头作为屋面滑移导轨支撑梁受力点,合理划分滑移单元,进行液压同步顶推滑移,并采用有效的施工监测方法,设置防侧滑限位钢梁,确保了项目的顺利实施。这些施工技术具有很大实用性,解决了施工中的种种难题,保证了钢结构工程的顺利实施,确保了工程质量、施工安全和施工进度,对类似大跨度、单坡倾斜的焊接球网架屋面工程施工技术有一定的参考价值。 In this paper,taking a large span,single slope inclined welded ball grid roof as an example,combined with the actual situation and structural characteristics of the project,through thematic discussion and research,the construction scheme of erecting a high altitude assembly platform for high altitude bulk loading and accumulated sliding one by one is selected.Making full use of the existing main structure as a part of the assembly platform and in combination with temporary steel columns and beams,the assembly of welded spherical grids is carried out on the assembly platform.Using the cumulative sliding control technology one by one,combined with the simulation calculation and analysis of each sliding stage,the slide rail system uses the column head of the existing main structure as the force bearing point of the roof sliding guide rail support beam,and reasonably divides the sliding units.The smooth implementation of the project was ensured by hydraulic synchronous jacking and sliding,and effective construction monitoring methods were used to set up anti lateral sliding limit steel beams.These construction techniques have great practicality,solve various difficulties in construction,ensure the smooth implementation of steel structure projects,ensure project quality,construction safety,and construction progress,and have a certain reference value for construction techniques of similar large span,single slope inclined welded ball grid roof projects.
