摘要
铝合金变速器壳体结构复杂、局部厚大,凝固过程中易形成热节,无法充分补缩,产生缩松、缩孔缺陷。采用局部挤压技术可解决此类问题,提升其品质。采用AnyCasting软件,对铝合金变速器壳体局部挤压结构进行模拟,验证了局部挤压结构的应用效果。
Transmission housing with complex structure and large partial thickness are easy to form hot spot during solidification, generating shrinkage defects due to the inadequately feeding. The partial squeezing technology is an effective method to solve such problems and improve product quality. The AnyCasting software was used to simulate the partial squeezing structure, and the application effect was verified.
