摘要
形状复杂、壁厚不均匀的压铸件由于结构原因,在成形过程无法及时补缩,易出现缩孔缺陷。实施局部挤压辅助技术是提高这类压铸件质量的有效方法。给出了压铸成形过程中局部挤压的原理和结构,分析了挤压深度、挤压压力、挤压延迟时间和挤压持续时间对压铸件质量的影响,并通过实例说明了局部挤压的应用效果。
Porosity defect is most formed likely in the die-casting parts with complex shape and uneven thickness.It is effective way to improving quality of die casting parts by local squeeze process-assisted HPDC.The method and structure of local squeeze process was analyzed.The influence of four kinds of parameters for applying local squeeze process on die casting part quality was presented,including squeeze depth,pressure,squeezing delaied time and time of duration.Two castings produced by local squeeze process-assisted HPDC were presented to verify the application effect.
