摘要
企业微型消防站主要是依靠企业单位消防志愿者的力量,并以救早、灭小和三分钟到场扑救初起火灾为目标而建立的最小消防组织单元。目前,随着企业微型消防站数量的逐年增加,管理机制缺失、专业人员不足、消防器材老化、实战能力欠缺等问题也逐步暴露出来,现通过理论阐述与图例图表相结合的方式,对有效解决这些问题而采取的策略与方法予以重点阐述。
The enterprise micro fire station is the smallest firefighting organizational unit which mainly relies on the power of firefighting volunteers of enterprise units and aims at saving early,extinguishing small and three-minute arrival to put out the initial fire.At present,as the number of micro fire stations in enterprises increases year by year,problems such as lack of management mechanism,insufficient professional staff,aging firefighting equipment and lack of combat capability are gradually exposed.The strategies and methods to effectively solve these problems are highlighted through a combination of theoretical descriptions and diagrams.
