摘要
分析宝鸡市消防应急救援存在的问题,基于装备创新提出"灭早灭小"救援模式变革,分析试点"微型站+卫星站+现役队+社会力量"四级力量体系建设及实践情况,包括推动微型站联勤调度、依托消防母站建设卫星站、搭建一体化调度信息化平台。总结经验,并提出新模式变革面临的压力和挑战。
The problems of fire emergency and rescuein Baoji city were analyzed, the change mode of firefighting at early and small stage of firebased on the equipment innovation was proposed, the four-tier force foundation of ＂micro fire station plus satellite fire station plus active service plus social force＂ was tested as well as the practical situation, including the promotion of micro firestation logistics scheduling, the foundation of satellite fire station based on fire station and the building of integrated dispatching informa- tion platform. At the last, concluded the experiences and put for- ward the pressure and challenges under the new change mode.
