摘要
无底柱分段崩落法采场结构参数与采矿经济效益息息相关。调查了国内外无底柱分段崩落法矿山采场结构参数的发展历程及现状,详细阐述了工程类比、理论计算、物理实验、数值实验以及现场实验等常用的采场结构参数确定方法的基本原理、优缺点及存在的问题,分析了分段高度、进路间距以及崩矿步距等3个主要参数的确定原则,指出了当前存在的单以矿石回收指标作为最优结构参数评判标准、频繁调整采场结构参数以及采场结构参数选择过大等问题。建议未来在确定无底柱分段崩落法采场结构参数时,应从整个采矿系统的技术经济指标最优的角度考虑,避免盲目追求大结构参数。
The stope structure parameters of sublevel caving without sill pillar are closely linked with the economic results of mining operation.The development and current situation of stope structure parameters of sublevel caving mines without sill pillar at home and abroad were investigated.The fundamental,advantages and disadvantages,and existing problems of commonly used methods for determination of stope structure parameters,such as engineering analogy,theoretical calculation,physical trials,numerical experiment,and field testing were presented in details.The determination principles of three main parameters including sublevel height,access space and caving step distance were studied.The existing problems such as taking the ore recovery index only as the evaluation criterion of the optimal structure parameters,frequently adjusting the stope structure parameters and selecting the oversized stope structure parameters were discussed.It is suggested that in the future the determination of the stope structure parameters in sublevel caving without sill pillar should be focused on optimization of the technical and economic performance of the whole mining system instead of blindly favoring large structures.
