摘要
目的:合理的支护参数是确保巷道围岩稳定和控制支护成本的关键。本研究以巨龙铜矿大断面排水巷道为研究对象进行支护参数优化。方法:设计了三种支护参数,利用有限元软件进行了数值模拟研究。通过分析不同支护参数下位移、应力及塑性区结果进行支护参数优化。结果:结果表明,锚杆支护能够有效改善围岩应力分布,避免出现应力集中。随着锚杆间距和排距的增大,巷道围岩最大位移增大,当锚杆间距和排距为1000 mm时,巷道围岩位移最大。围岩塑性变形主要发生于巷道肩部和两帮位置。当锚杆间距和排距为1000 mm时,塑性区深度大于锚杆长度。综合数值模拟结果和支护成本,巨龙铜矿大断面排水巷道最优锚杆支护参数为800 mm×800 mm(间距×排距)。意义:研究结果为穿断层破碎带巷道支护设计提供了理论参考。
Purposes:Reasonable support parameters are the key to ensure the stability of the roadway perimeter rock and control the support cost.In this study,the optimization of support parameters is carried out with the large section drainage roadway of Julong Copper Mine as the research object.Methods:Three kinds of support parameters were designed and numerical simulation was carried out by using finite element software.Support parameter optimization was carried out by analyzing the results of displacement,stress and plastic zone under different support parameters.Results:The results show that the anchor support can effectively improve the stress distribution of surrounding rock and avoid stress concentration.With the increase of anchor spacing and row spacing,the maximum displacement of the surrounding rock of the roadway increases,and the displacement of the surrounding rock of the roadway is the largest when the anchor spacing and row spacing is 1000 mm.Plastic deformation of surrounding rock mainly occurs in the shoulder and two gang positions of the roadway.When the anchor spacing and row spacing is 1000 mm,the depth of plastic zone is greater than the length of anchor.Combining the numerical simulation results and support costs,the optimal anchor support parameter for the large-section drainage roadway in Julong Copper Mine is 800 mm×800 mm(spacing×row spacing).Significance:The results of the study provide theoretical references for the design of roadway support through the fault fracture zone.
