摘要
目的:探讨分析CT设备的应用质量检测现状及常见问题。方法:对37台CT设备的床位移精度、定位光精度、头部剂量指数、空间分辨率、噪声、水CT值进行检测,通过检测结果分析引起CT设备泄露的原因。结果:在本次检测的37台CT设备中,指标合格率均超过90%;导致CT设备泄漏的原因主要为无屏蔽防护、铅当量不足、结合位置密封不实等。结论:CT设备机房中,存在的质量问题较多,应机枪CT设备质量检测与控制,优化改进CT设备机房,确保医院CT设备使用效果的实现,在降低辐射的同时,提升CT检查与诊断的效率。
Objective:To discuss and analyze the application quality testing status and common problems of CT equipment.Methods:The bed displacement accuracy,positioning light accuracy,head dose index,spatial resolution,noise,and water CT values of 37 CT equipment were tested,and the reasons for the leakage of the CT equipment were analyzed through the test results.Results:Among the 37 CT equipment tested this time,the index pass rate exceeded 90%;The main reasons for the leakage of CT equipment were unshielded protection,insufficient lead equivalent,and improper sealing of the joint position.Conclusion:There are many quality problems in the CT equipment room.The machine gun CT equipment quality inspection and control should be used to optimize and improve the CT equipment room to ensure the realization of the effect of the hospital’s CT equipment.While reducing radiation,improve the efficiency of CT inspection and diagnosis.
