摘要
结合泉州市在编国土空间规划,横向探索市政生活污泥安全处理处置规划。以往的规划缺乏对泉州市污泥处理处置发展的系统考量和规范引导,污泥处理发展相对滞后,资源化利用水平低。通过座谈交流及调研考察等方式,探讨归纳我国城市污泥处理处置现状,并以泉州市生活污泥处理处置现状为基础,探索不同污泥处理处置技术路线适宜性;提出“碳中和”“碳达峰”背景下,泉州市市政生活污泥、通沟污泥、河道污泥安全处理处置及资源化利用的规划建议。
This paper explores the special plan for the safe treatment and disposal of municipal sludge horizontally in combination with the land and space plan under preparation in Quanzhou.The previous planning lacks systematic consideration and normative guidance for the development of sludge treatment and disposal in Quanzhou.The development of sludge treatment lags behind and the level of resource utilization is low.Through discussion,exchange,investigation and investigation,this paper summarizes the current situation of urban sludge treatment and disposal in China,Based on the current situation of domestic sludge treatment and disposal in Quanzhou,this paper explores the suitability of different sludge treatment and disposal technical routes,and puts forward planning suggestions for the safe treatment,disposal and resource utilization of municipal domestic sludge,ditch sludge and river sludge in Quanzhou under the background of "carbon neutralization" and "carbon peak".
