摘要
该文介绍了《住院医师规范化培训手术操作指导教学指南(2022年版)》(简称《手术操作指导教学指南》)的发布背景与意义,分析在实施手术操作指导教学的实践环节中的主要问题。按照《手术操作指导教学指南》的章节顺序,对手术操作指导教学的目的、形式、组织安排、准备、实施、评价及注意事项进行了详细的论述,列举了手术操作指导教学的常见问题及解决方案,帮助指导医师深入理解《手术操作指导教学指南》的基础上,有效、安全地组织和实施这一教学活动,提升教学效果,达到教学目标。
This article introduces the background and significance of the publication of Guideline for Operative Surgical Instruction Teaching in Standardized Residency Training( 2022 Edition), and analyzes the main problems in the implementation of operative surgical instruction teaching. With reference to the chapter order,the purpose, organization, preparation, implementation, evaluation and precautions of the instruction teaching are discussed in detail, and the common problems and solutions of operative surgical instruction teaching are listed. On the basis of the in-depth understanding of the guideline, the instructing physicians can organize and implement this teaching activity effectively and safely, improve the teaching effect, and achieve the teaching goals.
