摘要
X气田M天然气处理厂因采出水处理能力不满足现状而产生了系列问题。为解决上述问题,分析了M天然气处理厂采出水处理系统现状以及来水水质特征,采用强化岗位力量、预警加密检修、控制沉降时间、优化加药制度等措施,有效应对高峰水处理任务;通过强化预处理单元复杂水体处置能力、甲醇回收单元处理能力和系统污泥清理与减量过程,实现M天然气处理厂采出水处理能力根本提升。最终M天然气处理厂水处理能力满足生产需求,系统淤泥得到有效清理,污泥减排降控90%,产品甲醇精馏浓度、回注水质等各项指标完全达到企业标准,为类似天然气处理厂采出水处理提供借鉴。
In order to solve a series of problems caused by the unsatisfactory treatment capacity of produced water in M gas treatment plant of X gas field.We analyzed the present situation of produced water treatment system and the characteristics of incoming water quality in M natural gas treatment plant.Measures such as strengthening post strength,early warning and encryption maintenance,controlling settling time,and optimizing dosing system were adopted to effectively cope with peak water treatment tasks.By strengthening the complex water disposal capacity of the pretreatment unit,the treatment capacity of the methanol recovery unit,and the sludge cleaning and reduction process of the system,the produced water treatment capacity of the M treatment plant is fundamentally improved.Finally,the water treatment capacity of the M treatment plant meets the production demand,the system sludge is effectively cleaned,the sludge emission reduction and control is reduced by 90%,the methanol distillation concentration of the product,the water quality of the reinjection and other indicators fully meet the enterprise standards,and provide reference for the treatment of produced water in similar natural gas treatment plants.
