天然气开发过程中伴随着大量的污水采出,这些污水除了含有矿物质、悬浮物、机械性杂质及乳化油等,同时还含有人们在井筒和地面管线中定期加注一定量的水合物抑制剂甲醇溶液。甲醇具有剧毒,直接排放会造成严重的环境污染,为了节能环保,含醇污水必须进行甲醇回收。重点探讨了苏里格气田污水的预处理工艺以及双塔精馏工艺流程,分析了预处理药剂及用量的问题,介绍了双塔精馏装置操作及常见的操作问题,为现场人员的操作提供一定的指导。
Natural gas development process is accompanied by a large amount of produced sewage, the sewage contains minerals and emulsified oil, suspended solids, mechanical impurities, etc., and at the same time also contains a certain amount of hydrate inhibitor methanol solution filled in wellbore and surface line. Methanol is highly toxic, direct emission will cause serious environmental pollution. For energy conservation and environmental protection, the methanol should be recovered from the produced sewage. In this paper, the pretreatment technology of the sewage and the twin towers distillation process in Sulige gas field were analyzed. The pretreatment drug type and usage were discussed. Operation and common problems of the twin towers rectifying device were introduced, which could provide certain guidance for field operation.
