摘要
目的:评价基于6S管理模式在消毒供应室高压灭菌器维修环节管理中的应用效果,丰富院感控制依据。方法:以2020年6月~2020年12月消毒供应室干预管理前为对照组,实施常规化管理;2021年1月~2021年6月在常规管理模式上建立6S管理模式为观察组。对整理、清洁、安全等模块依据标准管理,统计供应室质量管理考核得分,比较两组模式管理后的高压灭菌器故障维修用时、期间故障发生次数及故障维修发生率情况,同时收集医护人员的设备使用满意度评价。结果:观察组依据6S管理后供应室质量管理考核总得分高于对照组,t=7.952,P<0.05;观察组高压灭菌器故障维修用时平均时间为(6.17±2.32)min,低于对照组平均时间(10.30±3.03)min,同时两组管理期间观察组仪器故障发生平均次数也低于对照组平均次数,差值均有意义,P<0.05;观察组灭菌器发生故障维修率为0.58%明显低于对照组2.53%的发生率,χ^(2)=81.548,P<0.05,差异有意义;观察组医护人员的设备使用满意度评价优于对照组,χ^(2)=6.922,P<0.05。结论:在消毒供应室应用6S管理模式,规范医务人员行为,降低了高压灭菌器维修时间及次数,更助于提高人员器械管理使用的质量,对院感控制具有积极作用。
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of 6S management mode in the maintenance of autoclave in disinfection supply room,and to enrich the basis of nosocomial infection control.Methods:The routine management was carried out in the control group before the intervention management in the disinfection supply room from June 2020 to December 2020;From January 2021 to June 2021,establish the 6S management model as the observation group on the basis of the conventional management model.Manage the modules such as sorting,cleaning and safety according to the standards,count the quality management assessment scores of the supply room,compare the maintenance time of the autoclave failure,the number of failures during the period and the rate of failure maintenance after the management of the two groups of modes,and collect the evaluation of the satisfaction of medical personnel with the use of equipment.Results:The total score of quality management assessment of supply room in the observation group was higher than that in the control group according to 6S management,t=7.952,P<0.05;The average time of autoclave failure maintenance in the observation group was(6.17±2.32)min,which was lower than that in the control group(10.30±3.03)min.At the same time,the average number of instrument failures in the observation group was also lower than that in the control group during the management of the two groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05);The maintenance rate of sterilizer failure in the observation group was 0.58%,which was significantly lower than 2.53%in the control group,χ^(2)=81.548,P<0.05;The satisfaction evaluation of medical staff in the observation group was better than that in the control group,χ^(2)=6.922,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of 6S management mode in disinfection and supply room can standardize the behavior of medical staff,reduce the maintenance time and times of autoclave,help to improve the quality of personnel equipment management and use,and play a positive role in hospital infection control.
