摘要
目的:探究消毒供应中心对外来器械及植入物采取规范化管理的效果。方法:样本收集时区规划为2020年3月~2020年6月,且就该时区内随机抽取本院消毒供应中心收取的250件外来器械及植入物作为研究样本。随机分配为对照组及观察组,每组各125件。对照组器械采用常规化管理,观察组器械则采用规范化管理。就两组器械清洁灭菌效果及各科室使用人员满意率予以分析比对,评价其管理效果。结果:观察组清洗合格率(100.00%)及灭菌合格率(100.00%)显著高于对照组(93.60%;88.80%),2项比对结果均差异显著(χ^(2)/P:8.264/0.004;12.359/0.001);且该组使用满意率(97.50%)也显著高于对照组(85.00%),比对结果差异显著(χ^(2)/P:3.914/0.048)。结论:通过消毒供应中心对外来器械及植入物采取规范化管理效果理想,其能够有效提高消毒灭菌合格率及满意率。
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized management of external instruments and implants by the disinfection supply center.Methods:The sample collection time zone is planned from March 2020 to June 2020,and 250 foreign instruments and implants collected by the disinfection supply center of our hospital are randomly selected as research samples in this time zone.Randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group,125 pieces in each group.Devices in the control group were under routine management,while those in the observation group were under standardized management.The cleaning and sterilization effect of the two groups of instruments and the satisfaction rate of the users in each department were analyzed and compared,and the management effect was evaluated.Results:The cleaning pass rate(100.00%)and sterilization pass rate(100.00%)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(93.60%;88.80%),and the two comparison results were significantly different(χ^(2)/P:8.264/0.004;12.359/0.001);And the satisfaction rate of this group(97.50%)was also significantly higher than that of the control group(85.00%),and the comparison results were significantly different(χ^(2)/P:3.914/0.048).Conclusion:The standardized management of external instruments and implants through the disinfection supply center has an ideal effect,which can effectively improve the qualification rate and satisfaction rate of disinfection and sterilization.
