摘要
大学生作为我国人才队伍的重要组成,在乡村振兴战略实施过程中发挥着生力军的关键作用。高校应积极引导大学生投身乡村振兴战略,立足高站位,以实践育人为根本路径,强化知农爱农价值观教育;构建新模式,以新农科建设为抓手,探索改革高校人才培养模式;注重细分类,以职业生涯发展为目标,分类施策开展就业引导;夯实组织保障,加强队伍建设,完善教育实施的组织体系。高校、特别是涉农高校要立足实际,针对大学生服务乡村振兴面临的具体问题,精准施策,创新人才培养模式,引导更多胸怀“国之大者”的高素质应用型人才投身乡村振兴战略。
As an important part of our talent team,college students play a key role in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Colleges and universities should actively guide college students to participate in the rural revitalization strategy,on the basis of"high position",take practice education as the fundamental path,strengthen the value education of knowing farmers and loving farmers;Construct"new mode",take the construction of new agricultural science as the starting point,explore the reform of college personnel training mode;Focusing on"fine classification",taking career development as the goal,and carrying out employment guidance by classification;Strengthen the"strong organization",strengthen the team construction,improve the education implementation of the organization guarantee system.Colleges and universities,especially agriculture-related colleges and universities,should be based on the reality,take precise measures to address the specific problems faced by college students in serving rural revitalization,innovate personnel training models,and guide more high-quality applied talents who are"the biggest minds of the country"to participate in the rural revitalization strategy.
