摘要
矿浆浓度是选矿工业生产的重要参数。为了提高选矿产品的质量和工厂的经济效益,选矿厂需实现智能化。同时,需解决选矿流程中矿浆性质差异大且复杂、生产过程多变导致矿浆浓度检测仪表开发和选用困难等问题。对基于超声波、射线、光电、谐振、差压、称重等几种目前主要的矿浆浓度检测方法开发的仪表进行了研究,分析了这几种矿浆浓度检测技术的工作原理、应用范围及其实际应用的优缺点。在此基础上,结合现场应用的条件,提出了矿浆浓度检测仪表的选型建议。矿浆浓度检测仪表向智能化嵌入式系统、仪表自维护、“互联网+”方向发展,对先进、适用的矿浆浓度检测仪表的开发和应用具有重要的参考意义。
Ore slurry concentration is an important parameter in the production of ore dressing industry.To improve the quality of ore dressing products and the economic efficiency of the plant,the intelligence of ore dressing plant is realized.At the same time,the problems of large and complex differences in the nature of the ore slurry in the beneficiation process and the difficulties in the development and selection of ore slurry concentration detection instruments due to the variable production process should be solved.The instrumentation developed based on ultrasonic,ray,photoelectric,resonance,differential pressure,weighing and other major pulp concentration detection methods is studied,and the working principle,application scope and advantages and disadvantages of these ore slurry concentration detection technologies for practical application are analyzed.On this basis,combined with the field application conditions,the selection of ore slurry concentration detection instrument is proposed.The development of intellgent embedded system,instrument self-maintenance and"Internet+"direction is of great reference significance to the development and application of advanced and applicable slurry concentration detection instruments.
