摘要
采用微型高速万能型粉碎机粉碎废旧线路板,研究其粒度组成、金属分布规律、各粒级粉末形状、解离状态,采用单槽浮选机对各粒级粉末进行分选试验。结果表明,随着线路板粉末粒度的减小,其中的金属含量降低;当粒度小于0.45 mm时,金属和非金属完全解离;线路板粉末浮选最佳粒度为>0.2~0.45 mm,其沉物金属质量分数为89.85%,金属回收率达到96.24%;小于0.125 mm细粒级单独浮选回收率较低,小于0.45 mm粒级浮选效果较好,沉物金属质量分数为87.32%,金属回收率达到90.11%。
The waste printed circuit boards were crushed with a micro crusher. The chemical composition, shape, dissociation conditions and the regularity of metal distribution of each particle size were researched. The flotation was conducted with a flotation machine. The results indicate that the metal content reduces with the smaller particle size, the metal and non-metal particles are totally separated while the size is smaller than 0.45 mm, and the best flotation size is 0.45-0.2 mm. The flotation concentrate grade is 89.85% (mass fraction), and the metal recovery reaches 96.24%. The metal recovery of particles smaller than 0.125 mm is lower in flotation. The concentration of particles smaller than 0.45 mm is good, the concentration grade is up to 87.32% (mass fraction), and the metal recovery is 90.11%.
