加味麻杏石甘汤对儿童支原体肺炎支原体病菌含量及血清FBG、G-CSF水平的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨加味麻杏石甘汤对儿童支原体肺炎支原体病菌含量、血清FBG、G-CSF水平的影响。方法选择2019年1月-2020年12月于秦皇岛市中医医院就诊的106例支原体肺炎患儿进行回顾性分析,入院后采用不同治疗方案将受试患儿分为对照组和联合中药组。对照组入院后静脉滴注阿奇霉素注射液和口服阿奇霉素片,联合中药组在阿奇霉素治疗基础上服用加味麻杏石甘汤,疗程均为12 d。对比2组治疗前后各项症状积分并对比疗效。对比2组治疗前后各项血清学指标和免疫指标。结果治疗后,联合中药组各项症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);联合中药组疗效分级情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);联合中药组支原体病菌含量分布情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);联合中药组血清G-CSF、血浆FBG含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);联合中药组CD3^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味麻杏石甘汤可有效降低患儿支原体病菌含量,降低血清FBG和G-CSF水平,通过增强非特异性细胞免疫作用发挥抗炎作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of modified Maxing Shigan Decoction on the content of mycoplasma,the levels of serum FBG and G-CSF in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 106 children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in the Qinhuangdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected for a retrospective analysis.According to the different treatment schemes,the subjects were divided into a control group and a combined Chinese medicine group.The children in the control group were given azithromycin injection intravenously and azithromycin tablets orally after admission,while the children in the combined Chinese medicine group were given modified Maxing Shigan Decoction on the basis of the azithromycin treatment,both with a course of treatment of 12 days.The symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and their curative effects were compared.The serological indexes and immune indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom scores of the combined Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the efficacy classifications of the combined Chinese medicine group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the distribution of mycoplasma in the combined Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of serum G-CSF and plasma FBG in the combined Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the combined Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,modified Maxing Shigan Decoction can effectively reduce the content of mycoplasma,reduce the levels of serum FBG and G-CSF,and play an anti-inflammatory role by enhancing the non-specific cellular immunity.
