摘要
为深入研究无线通信系统高空电磁脉冲(high altitude electromagnetic pulse,HEMP)效应机理,设计了一款工作在超短波频段的无线通信系统,开展了HEMP环境电磁耦合分析,确定射频前端为电磁脉冲主要耦合通道。开展了系统级脉冲辐照试验,确认被试系统出现接收灵敏度下降的性能降级效应现象。经效应机理分析确认,系统接收灵敏度下降由射频低噪声放大器发生损伤所致,损伤放大器所有管脚对的I-V特性呈低阻抗短路特性,内部两级三极管均出现不同程度损伤。基于自由空间损耗模型估计,当系统接收灵敏度下降40 dB时,通信距离将下降至原通信距离的1/100,严重影响实际设备的正常功能使用。
A wireless communication system working in ultra-short wave is designed and developed.On this basis,the pulse irradiation and injection tests are carried out.Through effect detection and mechanism analysis,the effect of system performance degradation is studied.The decline of system reception sensitivity is caused by the damage of RF low noise amplifier.The I-V characteristics of all pin pairs of the damage amplifier show that low impedance short circuit characteristics and its internal two-stage triodes are damaged to varying degrees.The research results show that when the receiving sensitivity of the system decreases by 40 dB,the communication distance will be reduced to 1/100 of the original one based on the free space loss model,affecting seriously the normal function of the equipment.
