摘要
合方思想是在方证体系指导下进行方剂化裁的一种特殊形式,在儿科临床中广泛运用。通过对合方思想之内涵、源流、模式三方面进行概述,总结指出运用合方思想具有全面兼顾病情、紧扣病因病机、相用互补增效的突出治疗优势。进一步阐述合方思想适用于儿科临床的原因,认为其顺应小儿生理、病理特点,组方配伍符合小儿用药特点,并将合方在儿童呼吸系统、消化系统、皮肤系统三大类疾病中的具体运用进行详细介绍,以期指导临床。
The idea of combined prescriptions is a special way of formulating or modifying prescriptions under the guidance of the prescription and syndrome system,which are widely used in pediatrics clinical practice.This article first summarizes the idea of combined prescriptions from the three aspects of their connotation,origin and mode,and analyzes their outstanding advantages in treating diseases as follows:comprehensively taking diseases into account,closely related to diseases’etiology and pathogenesis,and their complementary and synergistic effects.It further elaborates the reasons for their wide application in pediatrics clinical practice.It is believed that they conform to the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,and the compatibilities of the prescriptions are consistent with the characteristics of pediatric medication.This paper also introduces the specific application of combined prescriptions in the treatment of children’s diseases of the respiratory system,digestive system and skin system in detail,with a view to guiding clinical practice.
