沙盘推演分析在海上大型复杂联合交叉作业中的应用研究

摘要 海洋石油工程作业的实施有较大危险性。而对于复杂的作业环境,尤其当作业项目存在大量交叉实施情况时,常规作业安全分析(JSA)、作业风险评估(TRA)等方式往往无法全面兼顾各个联合作业角度上的作业逻辑,在预先风险分析上存在遗漏项,对后续的现场施工产生不利影响。为确保作业安全及质量,对已编制的方案进行全面地作业前沙盘推演是一种可靠的用于分析作业风险点并采取预先应对措施的方法。本文即从复杂交叉作业前的沙盘推演方式为切入点,具体探讨了定量分析模式下的多线交叉作业风险沙盘推演分析技术的应用,对海上大型复杂联合作业的实施提供了较好的风险分析思路和应用实践经验。 The job safety analysis(JSA), task risk assessment(TRA)and others method can not offer an entire consideration of the working logic structures of integration of operation in a complex working environment especially in the situation of cross operation occurs in the field of offshore petroleum engineering. The previous hazards analysis could lead negative impacts by omissions in those methods. For ensuring the working & operating safety and quality, the pre-operation table deduction is an reliable method to analyze the working hazards and offer the preresponse measures. This article chose table deduction method as the breakthrough point to discuss the multi-line cross operation’s hazards in the quantitative analysis models, which provides a good idea of risk analysis and practical experience for the implementation of large-scale complex offshore petroleum engineering operations.
