摘要
近年来,为实施“卓越工程师教育培养计划”,西安交通大学与行业龙头企业和科研院所合作,探索以产业需求为导向的卓越工程人才培养新模式,创办多学科专业交叉、校企协同的“菁英班”,建立跨学科交叉创新实践平台,打造了可复制、推广的“两交叉四融合”校企合作培养卓越工程人才新模式。经过近十年的持续探索和实践,取得了一系列包括“互联网+”大赛金奖在内的成果,学生的创新意识和能力得到了有效提升。
In recent years, in order to implement the “Outstanding Engineer Training Program 2.0”, Xi’an Jiaotong University(XJTU) has cooperated with leading enterprises in the industry and research institutes to explore a new educational model for outstanding engineering talents oriented by industrial demand. XJTU has established the “elite class” of interdisciplinary and collaboration between universities and enterprises, set up a interdisciplinary innovation practice platform, and created a new model of “two cross and four integration” unviersity-enterprise cooperation to cultivate outstanding engineering talents that can be copied and popularized. After nearly ten years of continuous exploration and practice, XJTU students have won awards in a wide range of competitions, including the gold award of the “Internet plus” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, etc., and students’ innovative consciousness and ability have been improved.
