摘要
人才是社会发展的第一资源,国际贸易的发展更是需要高素质人才的支撑。该文基于当前日益复杂的国际贸易发展环境和日新月异的数字技术,从国际贸易人才在培育和实践过程中存在的教学模式单一、匹配岗位核心能力的软实力不足等问题出发,认为应加强人才培养方案的顶层设计,以产教融合和赛教融合为载体,推动国际贸易人才在“专才”的基础上走“通才”的道路,培养出适应新文科时代要求的多元化人才。
Talent is the first resource for social development,and the development of international trade needs the support of high-quality talents.In this paper,based on the current changeable international trade development environment and the changing reality of digital technology,starting from the problems,in the process of cultivation the international trade talents and practice,the single teaching mode,unmatching soft power with core competence etc,we will encourage international trade talents to follow the path of"generalist"on the basis of"specialized"talents,and cultivate diversified talents that meet the requirements of the new liberal arts era.
