摘要
目的 探讨脑出血患者中应用早期针灸治疗对患者运动能力和生活自理能力的影响,提高脑出血患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,实现临床治疗水平的稳步提升,促进治疗方案的优化。方法 研究过程中,采取对比研究的方式,分别设立不同的研究组别,以确保研究方式应用的合理性。2018年5月至2019年5月,以我院的脑出血患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组、参考组。参考组采用普通康复治疗方式,主要包括推拿按摩、缓解肌肉痉挛、吞咽困难治疗和早期肢体训练等;试验组在参考组治疗措施下,同时实施早期针灸治疗,选定合适的穴位,利用Barthel量表、Fugl-Meye评分(FMA)表分别评定生活自理能力、运动功能,对比两组的治疗效果。结果 本次研究的结果来看,治疗前,参考组和试验组的运功功能及生活自理能力评分相近,P> 0.05;治疗后,试验组的生活自理能力、运动功能评分显著高于参考组,两组数据之间存在显著差异(P <0.05)。结论 将早期针灸治疗应用于脑出血患者的康复治疗中提高了患者的运动及生活自理能力,相比常规治疗方式更加适合应用于临床治疗中,具有极强的可操作性。
Objective To explore the effect of early acupuncture treatment on motor ability and self-care ability of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage, improve the clinical treatment effect of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage, improve the quality of life of patients, realize the steady improvement of clinical treatment level, and promote the optimization of treatment plan. Methods In the process of research, different research groups were set up to ensure the rationality of the application of research methods. From May 2018 to May 2019, patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into experimental group and reference group. The reference group received normal rehabilitation treatment, including massage, relieving muscle spasm, dysphagia treatment and early limb training, etc. Under the treatment measures of the reference group, the experimental group carried out early acupuncture treatment at the same time, selected the appropriate acupoints,assessed the self-care ability and motor function by using Barthel scale and Fugl meye score(FMA), and compared the treatment effects of the two groups. Results according to the results of this study, before treatment, the scores of exercise function and self-care ability of the reference group and the experimental group were similar(P>0.05);After treatment, the scores of self-care ability and motor function of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the reference group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of early acupuncture therapy in the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve the movement and self-care ability of patients, and is more suitable for clinical treatment than the conventional treatment, with strong operability.
