摘要
羰基合成醋酸搅拌釜由于反应介质具有强腐蚀性,设备制造及维护费用高,且存在机械搅拌振动大、机械密封易泄漏等问题,严重影响了装置长周期稳定运行。采用射流搅拌羰基合成反应器技术对某厂300 kt/a醋酸装置进行改造,用液体射流搅拌替代机械搅拌,改造后装置产能达到415 kt/a。与改造前相比,液体射流搅拌时反应釜内气液两相混合更均匀,CO转化率提高,反应器运行更平稳,反应釜运行温度降低1~2℃,轴向温差保持在2~3℃,移热能力与机械搅拌釜相当,实现了长周期连续稳定运行。
The manufacturing and maintenance cost of the equipment is high due to the strong corrosiveness of the reaction medium in the acetic acid stirred tank for oxo synthesis.Additionally,there are problems including large mechanical stirring vibration and easy leakage of the seal,which seriously affects the long-term stable operation of the device.The 300 kt/a acetic acid device was transformed using jet-stirred oxo reactor technology and liquid jet agitation was used to replace mechanical agitation.After the transformation,the capacity of the device reaches 415 kt/a.Compared with mechanical stirring,the gas-liquid two-phase mixing in the reactor is more even when using fluid jet agitation,the conversion rate of CO rises,the reactor runs more smoothly,the operating temperature of the reactor is reduced by 1-2℃,the axial temperature difference is maintained at 2-3℃,and the heat transfer capacity is equivalent to that of the mechanically stirred tank,resulting in long-term continuous and stable operation.
