摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断提升,餐饮服务行业得以快速发展,同时也为城市带来了更多的餐厨垃圾。餐厨垃圾资源化利用是当前世界发展的重要趋势,我国也开始逐渐重视构建完善的餐厨垃圾处理产业链,以实现社会经济的和谐繁荣发展。本文就餐厨垃圾资源化利用进行全面探讨和研究,并就我国餐厨垃圾处理现状提出有效的改进策略。
With the continuous improvement of China’s social economy,the catering service industry has developed rapidly,and it has also brought more kitchen waste to the city.The utilization of kitchen waste resources is an important trend in the current world development.China has also begun to pay more attention to the construction of a complete kitchen waste treatment industrial chain to achieve a harmonious and prosperous social and economic development.This paper conducts a comprehensive discussion and research on the utilization of kitchen waste resources,and proposes an effective improvement strategy for the current situation of kitchen waste disposal in China.
