摘要
新冠肺炎疫情的暴发,严重威胁人类的生命安全,医护工作者逆行而上,承受了巨大的身心压力,护理专业学生(简称“护生”)直面医疗工作的艰辛与风险,其职业认同感也受到了影响。文章总结众多学者的调查研究,从个人因素、家庭因素、学校因素和社会因素四个方面分析在新冠肺炎疫情时期护生职业认同感的影响因素,提出从课程思政、竞赛活动、榜样教育和心理辅导四个方面培养护生的职业认同感,以期为后续护生职业认同感的培养提供帮助。
The outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic is a serious threat to people s life and safety.Medical workers have gone against the trend and are under tremendous physical and mental pressure.Facing the hardship and risks of medical work,nursing students occupational identity was affected.This paper summarized the investigation and research of many scholars,and analyzed the influencing factors of nursing students occupational identity from four aspects including personal factor,family factor,school factor and social factor,and proposed that nursing students profes-sional identity could be cultivated from course-based ideological and political education,competi-tion activities,model education and psychological guidance,so as to provide help for the cultiva-tion of the following nursing students professional identity.
