摘要
综述饮料中合成着色剂的测定方法,包括高效液相色谱法、分光光度法、薄层色谱法等技术方法,对上述方法进行了比较分析。与其它方法相比,高效液相色谱法灵敏度、精密度、准确度更高,操作简单,适合大批量样品检测,更易推广。由高效液相色谱法衍生出的超高效液相色谱、液相色谱–质谱联用法、绿色高效液相色谱法以及探索快速、高效、稳定、准确、环保的前处理方法是未来技术发展的趋势。
The determination methods of synthetic colorants in beverages were introduce,including high performance liquid chromatography,spectrophotometry,thin layer chromatography and other technical methods,which were compared and analyzed.It was found that compared with other methods,high performance liquid chromatography had higher sensitivity,precision and accuracy,it was simple to operate,was suitable for mass detection,and was easier to popularize.At the same time,ultra high performance liquid chromatography,liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry,green high performance liquid chromatography derived from high performance liquid chromatography and exploring a fast,efficient,stable,accurate and environmentally friendly pretreatment method were a trend of future development.
