摘要
当开采煤层含水量低、推进速度快时,采面往往面临粉尘浓度较高问题,给煤炭高效回采带来制约。以91105综采工作面为研究对象,提出综合使用采煤机机载高压外喷雾、粉尘跟踪降尘技术降低采面粉尘浓度,并依据现场情况确定喷雾压力、喷嘴类型以及喷雾流量。经现场应用后,采面采煤机司机、下风侧10 m位置全尘浓度分别降低至97.2 mg/m^(3)和45.0 mg/m^(3),呼吸性粉尘浓度分别降至30.5 mg/m^(3)和9.3 mg/m^(3),综合除尘效果超过89%,取得显著粉尘治理效果。
When mining coal seams with low water content and fast advancement,the mining face is often faced with high dust concentration,which brings constraints to efficient coal recovery.Taking the 91105 comprehensive mining face as an example,we propose to reduce the dust concentration at the mining face by using a combination of coal miner on-board high-pressure external spray and dust tracking dust reduction technology,and determine the spray pressure,nozzle type and spray flow rate according to the site conditions.After application on site,the dust concentration of the coal miner driver and the 10 m position on the downwind side of the mining face were reduced to 97.2 mg/m^(3) and 45.0 mg/m^(3),and the respiratory dust concentration was reduced to 30.5 mg/m^(3) and 9.3 mg/m^(3),respectively,with a comprehensive dust removal effect of more than 89%,achieving a significant dust control effect.
