基于STM32和模糊免疫PID算法的电机调速系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 传统的直流电机调速方法通常采用PID控制,该控制方法的原理和实现方式均较为简便。但在当前的工业环境中,控制系统因为综合因素的干扰通常是非线性的,使用传统PID算法对其进行调节,性能较差、准确度较低。针对上述问题,文中对传统PID算法进行了改进,引入模糊理论进行规则制定,通过免疫算法完成系统自适应调节。使用STM32开发板作为硬件平台,以电机为被控对象,采用模糊免疫PID算法对电机转速进行调节。实验结果表明,所设计的调速系统在稳定性以及抗干扰性方面均有良好的表现。在电机转速测试中,转速调节误差均在1%以内,说明所提算法可以对电机转速进行准确调节,系统实时性强且运行稳定。 PID control is usually used in the traditional DC motor speed control method.The principle and implementation of this control method are relatively simple.However,in the current industrial environment,the control system is usually nonlinear due to the interference of comprehensive factors.The traditional PID algorithm has poor performance and low accuracy.In view of the above problems,this paper improves the traditional PID algorithm,introduces the fuzzy theory to make rules,and completes the adaptive adjustment of the system through the immune algorithm.The STM32 development board is used as the hardware platform,the motor is taken as the controlled object,and the fuzzy immune PID algorithm is used to adjust the motor speed.The experimental results show that the speed control system designed in this paper has good performance in stability and anti⁃interference.In the motor speed test,the motor speed adjustment error is less than 1%,which shows that the proposed algorithm can accurately adjust the motor speed,and the system has strong real⁃time performance and stable operation.
