摘要
学科和专业共同承担了高校的人才培养重任,两者在本质上相互耦合。学科建设为专业建设提供基础性支撑,专业建设又为学科建设提供发展动力,两者的协同发展有利于促进高校整体办学水平的提高。通过梳理农林类院校学科专业一体化现状,以林学为例,结合西南林业大学学科专业一体化建设实践,探索林学学科专业一体化建设路径的创新,具体包括构建可持续的学科体系、完善多交叉林学专业布局、加强高素质的师资团队建设、完善课程优化体系建设、培养高素质的卓越农林人才及打造宽面向的社会服务格局。
Discipline and major are important part of colleague education,and the two are closely related to each other.The development of discipline provides basic support for that of major,and the development of major is the driving force for discipline.The coordinated development of the two is conducive to improving the overall development of colleges and universities.This paper summarizes the existing problems by analyzing the current situation of integration of discipline and major in colleges and universities of agriculture and forestry.By taking forestry as an example,combined with the development practices of Southwest Forestry University,the paper explored the innovative integration path of discipline and major,and suggestions were thus put forward,including building a sustainable discipline system,improving the layout of interdisciplinary forestry major,strengthening the team building of high-quality teaching staff,improving the curriculum system,cultivating high-quality agricultural and forestry talents,and creating a wide social service pattern.
